Most of the times we've eaten there, it has been good food and good service. Two nights ago, we went there. Seated right away, but waited 10 minutes for the server to come over to the table. She took the beverage order, then we didn't see her again for 15 more minutes. After delivering the drinks, she disappeared again, and after waiting another 15 minutes to place our order, we got up and left. This was our second experience with this particular server, and be sure that next time we go, we will be requesting someone else.
Food is always prepared exceptionally well! I would recommend GEETS to all my friends and family.

Came in on Tuesday around 6:30 Bartender ignored us completely proceeded to talk at the end of the bar then took a smoke break outside without asking if we wanted any menus or if she could get us anything before she stepped out. Total rudeness as she came back in then exited off to the rest room then returned to the end of the bar to continue in conversation. I was more than half way done my drink and it was 6:53 happy hour end is at 7. Still no order in for 1/2 price appitizer and I was telling my friend what kind of happy hour is this? Our chance of getting a drink is more towards a sad hour. She saw me motion for another draft then overheard me talking to my friend over the service. She said well now your not getting a drink! She said you have half a glass anyways. I was fuming. It summed it up for me, this place was no where that I wanted to fund and my friend felt exactly the same. We went down the street to Sharky's and had pleasant service and apparently their staff is there to be attentive and make money as well as their employer. So keep staff at Geets who want to hang out as if they was home, replace two bar stools we once sat at and place a sofa their for lazy rude bar unattenders who feel like their hanging around their house saying whatever flies out of their mouths, running their mouth jib jabbing instead of a conducting buisness. My parents (Bill & Joanie) say that this is the best diner where they have ever eaten, and I agree. The people are nice & friendly. The food is the best! Barb (the manager) is really sweet. Debbie, Darlene, & Mary are so kind and interested in the enjoyment of their customers! Everyone is the best! Maureen
