The Williamstown Office is awesome. They didn't have a car available for me at the time I needed, but I didn't really need to go anywhere that day. They picked me up that day, but in the late afternoon; instead of the morning. They upgraded the rental and treated me like I was family.
I was picked up quickly from the collision center by a wonder lady named Grace G. Grace greeted me with a warm smile and pleasant greeting. Drove me back to the Enterprise store to get me all set up with my rentle. It was a much larger vehicle then I was expecting. She assured me that I would be switched out of it as soon as a car of my liking was available. True to her word Nico delivered the car to my job and seemlessly switched vehicles with me. I will use this location for all my future rentles. Great job guys.
Rapid service, staff was courteous and quickly addressed any questions/concerns, rental was provided instantly and I was very pleased with the outcome. Easy car drop off and kudos to a very hard-working staff.
Received a rental through the dealership, got a ram truck, the truck was FILTHY and didn't accept it. The salesman took it back for the second time!!! Came back looking the same, FILTHY, and wet, they didn't wash it at all, just hosed it down. What a joke!!!!!
This specific Enterprise goes above and beyond! I lost some thing of great value that wasn't mine to lose. Frantic, I drove up the next morning when they opened- but they didn't have it and It wasn't in the rental I used.
I was so afraid to tell the owner I couldn't find it- WHEN THEY CALLED ME SAYING THEY HAVE IT WAITING! Thank you sincerely!
