After UPS delivered a damaged package to my home which meant my item was also damaged, I had to return to them which was inconvenient. The UPS Monroe Twp Concordia did not want to accept it
Worst store ever !!!! My package was attempted to be delivered there 4 time Truck kept listing could not deliver! They couldn’t help me find my package or tell me why it couldn’t be delivered there! They kept blaming it on the cranberry UPS delivery center . So finally after four phone calls to corporate I have to go to Trenton to pick up my package. I will never use them again!!
Because it was damaged! Unbelievable! because box was damaged!
I've been in there a few times. The woman that is behind the counter does not know what she is doing. Has to call her boss for everything. Something that takes 5 mins can take a half hour in that store.
Horrible service. The lady couldn't scan my automated return label that Adidas sent me (I've returned 3 things previously using their return labels in the past couple months and never had any problems before). I had to call customer service to get a new label emailed to me, go back home, take off the label she "couldn't scan," print a new label, take the box back to the store with the new label. I come in and she has problems scanning it again and blames it on my printer -_- not only that but the other clerk there took forever to help and had no idea what to do with my package and was just starting at me. Completely negligent service. Definitely recommend not using this UPS store and going to another nearby one.
I have dropped off a number of packages to be returned to Amazon with a prepaid UPS label at this UPS Store. I had the item packed well, label was on the box with nothing blocking the bar code. And I have never had a problem with these prepaid packages I have dropped off. They give me a receipt after scanning, showing that I dropped it off on that day, and everything has gone smoothly from there with my return. I don't know why others are having a problem with this UPS store....unless they are not bringing in an item properly packaged and labeled.
