Second time i went in and forgot my membership. The customer service representative gave me a temporary one however when i went to pay for things the number was an old one i had and at that point they sent me back to customer service to do the whole line again to get the most updated number. Second time happened today and the cashier was super rude and treated me like i was trying to do something i wasn't supposed to. When the big issue happened when they gave me the wrong number. Never coming back to this location I always have a bad experience with their customer service. People are just rude.

Customer Service was awesome! I am disabled and the motorized cart I was in battery died w full cart of food. This great young man named Micro searched n searched for another cart and hlped me get situated. That's not first time I have had such great Customer service there. If you are interested in great prices on larger bulk items and top notch produce Sams is the place!
Pam@Sams such great customer service. I cancelled my membership a while back because of the customer service from a greeter. However, when I visited again(day pass) I came across a pleasant lady name Pam. She's a sweetheart and almost convinced me to sign backup. Wished she worked at BJ's. Pam 5stars
