I really don't appreciate unpleasant people! All I ask for is to be treated like a paying customer! The customer service in this shop is horrible!! I truly would not recommend this establishment!!!!! Sat me down in a chair and never came back or acknowledged me when I was clearly disappointed and dissatisfied! I simply got up and left! I will never never never use these people again!

Most of the staff is super friendly. Take there time and very patient. There pedicures are the best. Highly recommended.
Ok me and my daughter just came from there today and it was a man that started my daughters nails. We only went there because they was open early on Sunday and my nail salon that we normally go to was closed. So we get there first and still had to wait. When he started doing her nails I can tell my daughter wasn’t happy with her length that she asked him for. She wanted long coffin nails. So when we told him he was very rude and clipped her nails short and walked away angry. Didn’t even say sorry I will fix them. Plus didn’t even take the rest of the nails off. This place is very nice inside but the customer service is horrible. It’s a short man with glasses that works in there. He is very unprofessional and If I was you, I would go spend my money somewhere else. Don’t go there period very horrible...
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! HORRIBLE WORK!!!!! SO RUDE!!!!!!! you want to get your nails and toes done And RELAX. No i was so uptight, they were definitely talking about me and so rude... Sucks because i live up the street and cant even go somewhere close to me. Don't waste your time or money
