HORRIBLE SERVICE & COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. She cancelled my family's Auto Policy after 15 years! I was notified by mail. Damage from Hurricane Sandy and getting rear ended while stopped at a light caused our account to be deemed unacceptable. State Farm didn't pay a penny for the rear ender. I called Loretta Key Monroe and she couldn't have cared less. Her staff especially Cheryl are completely useless. Anytime I called with a question, they couldn't answer and gave me the 800 number to call State Farm directly. State Farm Corp is fantastic and service is exceptional, Loretta Key Monroe's Agency is a disgrace. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
I always have a pleasant experience with the ladies at this office. I've had some issues in the past and they were very helpful and understanding.
