I had such a great experience at Fera's that they are my only stop for jewelry from now on. I went to the store with my god daughter in search of a necklace and cross. Markie was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I also had some old gold bracelets, necklaces and rings that I collected over the years and was amazed at how much the gold was worth. Not only did I get a new necklace and cross but I walked out with cash in hand and a smile on my face. Each time I have returned to shop, Markie always make excellent suggestions with great customer service. Its nice to find a store where the staff is knowledgeable on the products and can provide you advice!
I have been to Fera's several times over the past couple of years. Each time I have received excellent customer service. I have purchased several pieces (ear rings, an engagement ring, etc) and have had a repair done to a ring bought elsewhere. I was impressed with the quality of the repair. I could not tell the ring had been broken; the replacement gold and diamond blended well with the originals that did not need to be repaired. The great pricing and outstanding customer service will lead me to return anytime I need to buy, sell, or repair a piece of jewelry.
I have been a customer at Fera's for over 20 years. My husband and I bought our wedding rings and my engagement ring as well at Fera's. The service has always been excellent and my husband who is notoriously difficult about buying jewelry was so impressed when we bought our wedding rings that he has always gone there when buying me jewelry. I certainly intend to remain a loyal customer.
What a great jewelry store!!! Family owned and operated. They have many nice jewelry pieces to choose from in their cases. I asked the salesman to show me about twenty different pieces of jewelry. He took the time to show me anything I wanted to see and then he brought out some vintage pieces from the safe to share with me for consideration. I bought a diamond ring that day!!! I can't wait to go back again and see what other jewelry piece will catch my eye! Oh yeah and while speaking with the salesman, I learned he is one of the owners, he is very charming!
