Cashier named Bob is amazing. He is so friendly and hard working that I specifically look forward to seeing him when I stop in.
Even with a long line of customers, only one cashier. Standing in line for 15 mins is completely unacceptable. Manager needs to manage this better.
As soon as I got off the phone with Rite Aid from refilling a prescription I received a text and phone call. Both were to inform me that my refill was ready and I was very surprised. Of course when I arrived at rite aid that NOT the case and I had to wait 25 minutes after I was told it would not take any longer than 5 minutes. The workers are extremely slow. Worse experience I’ve had in a Rite Aid.
This is a well organize and clean Rite Aid. The place is well stocked and large.
