They alter my address and send back my packages. When i brought them the evidence...i. e the box with address that they had altered sent to me in a new box...with the exact same address on both boxes...they lied to me. Three times. To my face.... with their own markings and evidence of tampering with my package..on the counter before them. The person in charge of making sure that mail gets to the right address is lazy and sends it back, rather than actually doing his job. He deserves to lose that job. Many would be overjoyed to have it. I detest liars.
Todd obviously has low standards if he thinks this is post office heaven. They needed a remodel years ago. The associates are some of the rudest customer service workers. They are however consistant in the problems and complaints department so I guess they got that going for them.
The people who complain about this post office clearly haven't been to many others. This place is heaven on Earth compared to some of the slums I've been too. While Williamstown's USPS is slightly understaffed at times, everyone is friendly and professional.
I ABSOLUTELY HATE EVERY TIME I HAVE TO GO IN HERE! IT'S ALWAYS SOMETHING THAT UPSETS ME! I'D RATHER PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND GO TO "PACK AND SHIP"!
Always have what I need. Very friendly and helpful staff...both inside and the carriers.
