1) Throughout the sales, installation, and post installation process, responsiveness and ownership was consistent. Too often, after the deposit is provided, the client already can see a negative change in the distancing from the client which then usually leads to an arduous, frustrating, and time consuming process to resolve any post installation issues. Emmons was stellar from the first call to set up an initial appointment to the last call regarding client satisfaction.

Emmons just did our roof and siding and we are absolutely obsessed! The entire process was so easy- even with the curve ball my old home threw at us. Ken handled our contract and made sure all our questions were answered and even checked on us during the process. Keith came out to handle an issue our house had once they removed the siding and he really took care of us and made sure things were handled properly- It proved to me how much he cares about his clients. Our crew was fabulous (Gustavo, Arturo, George) and I'm pretty sure my 2 year old is bummed they aren't here every morning. They are hard workers and it shows in their beautiful work. And I was so impressed with their clean up!
Such a great company to do our roof. From the salesman Josh to the project manager Tom who was on site the whole time the roofers were here. Started the job exactly on time , finished in one day and clean up was immaculate. The price was fair, the roof looks great and I am a very happy customer.
4) Emmons provided options not offered by competitors.
We loved the experience of working with Josh and the great team at Emmons Roofing and Siding. We have to reschedule our installation due to weather. When the installation day came there were two crews working through the rain to get our roof on. It was installed in quick time. Two screens were damaged however Josh came and rescreened them in one day. Thanks again Emmons Roofing!
Decided to go with Emmons based off a recommendation of a friend. I set up an appointment, the salesman was on time and was fair with a price without pressuring us. All of the workers were very respectful and did excellent work. Will definitely recommend to anyone
3) Compared to other roofing contracts, the Emmons contract was balanced and fair. The personnel were knowledgeable about their products and services and while they did not disparage at all, when I asked about class action law suits regarding the products used by OTHER roofers (not Emmons), they were knowledgeable and spoke objectively.
