Admittedly, storage facilities are quite similar in the amenities and size of storage units offered. However, what separates these businesses is customer service. The rental experience at Simply Storage in Williamstown was tremendous. The property Manager, Julie Simpson was friendly, professional, and accommodating. She placed me in a unit that was tailored to my exact needs and displayed a true interest in fulfilling my requests. The rates are highly competitive, units well maintained and clean, and accessibility convenient.
Having rented many units since 1998, I have never had the pleasure of such great customer service as I have had with Julie, the store manager.
The greatest customer service! Bria was amazing and made me feel a lot at ease with storing for the first time. She made sure I had all I needed and took her time explaining things. You can tell Bria wasn’t just trying to make a sale she was trying to make sure me and my husband were well off. I had a great experience.
The rates here were so reasonable I left their major competitors storage facility to come here and I saved over 125.00 a month!!
