I absolutely LOVE our vet! We see Dr. Masso, and she is wonderful! My dog is my world, and I never feel rushed or like a number with Dr. Masso. She takes her time to answer anything, is so good with my dog, and is so caring! She is definitely in the right field. I've had no negative experience with anyone there, from the front desk to the techs. I can't thank Dr. Masso enough for being such a great vet! It truly is such an important job and I'm so glad to be here.
Cross Keys Animal Hospital, we love this place. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Masso takes great care of our dog and our son's dogs. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
After you quwstion the bill, they will also pull you in a room so the other customers dont hear you question them about their shady business practices and make you wait for an hour. What kind of doctor, would do that and why would she be so mean to the animal that needs the scripts and wanted to go home and rest? All because its about the money. I have spent thousands of dollars there and NO MORE!!!
I think the vet techs are very helpful and nice, but my experience with the doctor was subpar at best.
Wow, worst place I have ever went to. Dr. Wilson there used to be nice just a couple of years ago but she changed and became all about the money. Very unprofessional. All they care is about money and are not upfront or honest about pay. I would go anywhere than there. If they say, "Let's take an Xray", they will go ahead and do several xray and present you with a large bill. If you complain, the doctor, she will threaten to take away your animal's scrips in order to reduce the cost. Stormes in the room to want to know what my problem was with the bill.
I have a friend who lost a cat that was treated there and he will never consider it, said they were inexoerienced and had no definative diagnosis, hospitalized the pet and the cat dies shortly thereafter. They have no compassion. BEWARE as MONEY is the only thing they care about if you choose to treat there, make sure they explain an accounting for every penny by they will charge you and tell them exactly how many xrays you want and get a quote on each thing as they will raise the prices. This place is scary. They are not concerned about the animals and will refuse you care if you complain. They have no regard for customer service or respect for the owner and probably the animal wouldn't be a surprise to me. It's ok, I did find a better vet that cares and respects the owner and pet and isn't rude when you question them what they did with an inflated bill.
VERY reasonably priced! You can tell all of the employees are animal lovers and re very helpful from the techs to the front desk people. The Dr's are awesome and really love what they do. I would recommend them and have recommended them to others I have talked to. Top Notch Animal Hospital/Veterinarian!!
