I left my fiancee's computer with ITI to remove adware and increase the RAM. Not only did ITI not remove the adware (which was interfering w/normal operation) but when we plugged it in an electrical burning smell enveloped the room and a noise was coming from the computer. When we returned the PC, the propriotor "diagnosed" the mother board fan and power supply were both bad, which were fine when we initially dropped it off. Draw your own conclusions.
I've sub contracted equipment repair to ITI several times over the past few years and have always found it to be a positive experience. They are professional, timely, and cost efficient. I anticipate continuing to do business with them in the future.
They were always kind and courteous toward me. They sold me parts that allowed me to build my first PC for my family. I repaired my friends computer for only 5 dollars using ITI's computer parts. I am planing to build another new computer using ITI quality computer parts very soon. They have a brochure that tells you how strong each computer they build for you is and their prices are lower than ordering parts from the big players in the marketplace. I built an ITI computer for under 300 dollars that was expandible, it lasted for 6 years. I will always remember ITI computers for their expertise and quality computer parts.
Had a problem with my HP computer turning on. Called several 'computer repair' outlets in the area and was told it would have to be shipped out to a repair center. I took it to ITI and they fixed it in two days. Nice friendly honest service. They only charged for the diagnosis and a minor repair to the switch. They could have said it was the power supply or motherboard. It's nice doing business with such an honest establishment.
